Dinner: 5.30 pm - 8.30 pm daily

Room service is also available. Simply tap the ME&U beacon in your room, order and pay, and your meal will be brought to you!

There is a hair dryer near the bathroom. If this is missing please contact reception.

Please vacate your room by 10am, close the door behind you or drop it in the key drop box near Reception or at the front desk on departure.

In the event of an emergency, please contact the hotel 7 am till 4 am on 07 4928 0455 or after-hours Instant Security at 07 3279 3279 for assistance.

In case of fire or other major emergency, please call 000.

General trading hours are 10 am to 4 am daily.

We also have a BWS Bottle Shop onsite, open from 10 am to 9pm daily

Your room will be serviced daily. If you do not want your room serviced, please display the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign and our team will respect your privacy.

LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO GUESTS’ PROPERTY

UNDER the Innkeepers Act 1968, an innkeeper may in certain circumstances be liable to make good any loss of or damage to a guest’s property even though it was not due to any fault of the innkeeper or any servant in the innkeeper’s employ.

This liability, however:

(a) extends only to the property of guests who have engaged in sleeping accommodation at the inn,

(b) is limited to one hundred dollars to any one guest except in the case of property which has been deposited, or offered for deposit, for safe custody,

(c) does not cover motor vehicles or other vehicles of any kind or any property left in them, or horses or other live animals.

This notice does not constitute an admission either that the Act applies to these premises or that liability thereunder attaches in any particular case."

Complimentary car parking is available to all guests, however spaces are not designated. The Hotel does not accept liability for any loss or damage to cars and their contents.

We have a strict no smoking or vaping policy in all of our guest rooms, any guests who smoke or vape in their room will be fined $500

Our swimming pool is open Monday to Saturday from 7 am to 7 pm and Sunday from 11 am to 7 pm.

Please ask Reception for extra towels if required.

All children must be monitored whilst in the pool area by an accompanying adult.
